I haven’t felt this good since I was 20-something. There is a long story behind my feeling bad that I’ll share more in depth at the retreat in January.
Today, I’d rather share what worked for me in the last few years specifically. The Weekend Within Retreat, in January 2025, is based on the inner compass healing I’ve done on myself.
Compasses are the in-the-moment tracker for hikes and road trips but finding a true north at work is so hard.
This retreat is different from the former weekends as we use the magnetism that right-sided my internal compass mind, body and soul. You don’t have to research every detail, I’ve done that for you.
Here’s why The Weekend Within might forever change your insides so you show up externally a bit more like you.
I’m co-hosting this with the beloved Breathwork and Hypnotherapist, Bianca Dusic. She brought out so much during our breathwork at last year’s retreat, and she does for me when I attend her classes. Partnering with her was a must.
There is built in family meal time, downtime and rest. Last year’s program was indeed a program. The Weekend Within is a step into your subconscious to make room for new consciousness. We need time to let that happen, through rest. Everything is optional.
It’s a weekend to support the process of change, level setting and unwinding years of imposter syndrome. I love short 24 hour bursts of rest but The Weekend Within allows for an elongated pause. If you leave with one feeling, I pray it’s Clarity for yourself.
Topics we’ll cover:
YOU & …
Clarity with a goal(s) of your choosing
Letting Go to make Room
Getting Clarity from within
Commitments for yourself
Community community
Deepen your purpose for 2025
How you’ll get it: reiki, tapping, hypnosis, mediation, journaling, family style meals, bonuses, amazing snacks and organic meals.
We are leaving lodging up to you but have secured a discount at The Delamar Southport. Book rooms with the code Lynn Mull for the discounted rate.
The Weekend Within Retreat Team:
We have quite a crew lined up to support the weekend. Check out these women I call my friends & colleagues.
Learn more about them with the wild questions (like the superpower one below!) I asked recently.
what’s one of your superpowers?
Bianca: My empathy and ability to hold space for others where they feel seen, safe and supported.
Chef RoRo: I needed help with this one so I asked my close friends and partner for input. It was flattering to hear I offer a safe place where it feels like time is still and I can make feel people comfortable to connect.
Lynn: Planning just about anything- projects, parties, dinners, retreats.
Sarah: Sensitivity. intuition. compassion.
Q: What if I have dietary restrictions?
A: We will accommodate everyone. We will send you all a google form after booking so our chef can work to ensure everyone has the food they need to nourish them for the retreat.
Q: Is there time for downtime or alone time?
A: We have an agenda to support downtime to rest, journal or chat with the community. We will have places to sit, lay or move out of the main workshop area throughout the weekend. We plan to be on site Saturday and Sunday. Everything is optional but we ask for a meal headcount the week prior (if you cannot attend a dinner or breakfast, just let us know). We’ll send final requests the weekend prior.
Q: Out of towners: do you recommend any specific lodging?
A: We have a block of rooms at the Delamar Southport (use LYNN MULL while booking) with discounted rates. There are plenty of VRBOs in the area. We are happy to help pair up roomies if you’d like. The Delamar has a shuttle you can use to get to/from the retreat if you do not have access to a car.
Q: Out of towner asks: Where is the closest airport or train station?
A: The easiest train station is Westport (via New Haven from the north or Stamford from the south). NY airports are 75-90 minutes away if traffic is in your favor. There is a smaller airport in Westchester county that is an easy uber ride as well.
Q: What is the agenda for the weekend?
A: We’ll be sending you an agenda prior and have a workbook on site that matches the activities and workshops. Although it is subject to slight changes in time or content based on the group dynamic, we’ll stay on time to begin and end each day. Everything is optional but we ask you do not exit or enter during sacred times, like hypnosis or reiki.
Q: Is there a payment plan available?
A: Email lynn@lynnmull.com or bianca@b-within.com to set up a payment plan for this.
Q: What time do we start the weekend?
A: We kick off at 11 am on Saturday, January 25 and end at 4pm on Sunday, January 26th, 2025
