Visualization Vault- Moving Anger (<8 mins)
Please Note: Read through the details below before you begin Releasing Anger.
Anger is often misunderstood. It’s not just an emotion—it’s energy. When ignored, it can stagnate, simmering beneath the surface. When expressed unconsciously, it can burn too hot, leaving destruction in its wake. This practice invites you to meet anger in your body, transform it from chaotic fire into grounded power, and reclaim that energy for yourself.
This is not about bypassing or “letting it go” before you’re ready—it’s about giving anger movement, form, and a path to clarity.
When to Listen:
Feeling reactive, or “ready to snap”
After a triggering event or heated conversation
When carrying long-term frustration or resentment
Before an important interaction where you want calm strength
Anytime you sense anger has dulled your vitality or clouded your clarity
How To Listen:
Position: Lie down on your back with knees bent, or stand with feet hip-width apart, both feet firmly grounded.
Use headphones: This allows you to stay present and immersed in the guidance.
Focus inward: Place your hands on the area of your body where you feel anger most (belly, chest, jaw, etc.).
Stay open: You don’t need to force release—just allow the energy to move and shift.
After the session: Take a few moments to ground—walk, drink water, or gently stretch to integrate the shift.
